maker. art therapist. educator. joy seeker
As an artist, educator and art therapist, I believe that art has the power to speak volumes more than words—wether it is trough relatable images or the feeling of holding a comfortable mug in your hand. Having grown up in blue-collar, rural Missouri, I’ve learned skills to sustain a DIY lifestyle that I infuse into my artwork, craft, and skill-sharing. My artwork explores these notions of working between rural and urban communities and building a sense of place while discovering ways to playfully explore many materials. I love sharing these products and skills with others and discovering moments of joy throughout the making and sharing processes.
